2001 Bailey Pageant Bordeaux 4 berth touring caravan for sale complete with awning and everything needed to start caravanning!

For sale due to having another baby on the way and running out of space so need to move to a static.



Four berth, pull out large double bed in the living room area, with a fixed bed at the rear. Sliding door closes off this sleeping area.

Also end shower / toilet room at the rear of the caravan.

The flooring of the caravan is laminate so easy to clean and wipe up anything tipped rather than ruining a carpet!

Nice sized fridge freezer.
Good sized oven / grill with storage underneath. Spotless
Fold out table which slides down near to the end of the end bedroom.
Tv area is in the middle of caravan and you can swivel it around to watch in bed.

Lots of storage space throughout the caravan - drawers, wardrobes, side cupboards etc.

Awning is full sized although does have a small drip coming in heavy rain. Think needs a spray or to be put up better, only our first try!

Caravan is in lovely clean condition throughout. There is NO sign of damp throughout. Matching rug and lamp with the seating area. Lovely and clean seating area.


It comes with all caravan manuals, service book, two keys.

It also comes with Alko hitchlock, wheel clamp, very long electric hookup cable, water bottle, waste water bottle, water pump, metal thing (?!) to pull along water bottles, 2 gas bottles ( I'm not sure how much is left but buyer can have both and still working now). Basically everything you could need to get going!

Will be sorry to see this go as its a lovely caravan, will be a reluctant sale but just getting too much of a squeeze! Whoever buys this will get many years of fun out of it.

Currently sited on a lovely holiday park in Red roses which is next to Tavernspite, on the border of Pembrokeshire/ Carmarthenshire, 20 mins from Tenby with outdoor heated swimming pool and playground. Site fees are paid until the end of October. Can stay on site or obviously moved away. Site fees v cheap for the area at £1250 including winter site fees to keep it there
