Customer Relationship Advisor - Full Time and Part Time
Description
Oakhill Apartments (Edinburgh) Ltd are looking for a Full Time and a Part Time Customer Relationship Advisor.
Based at our apartments at Thorntreeside in Leith, the role is primarily reception work, including taking bookings, welcoming and checking-in guests and providing on-going support and information to all our guests.
Applicants should ideally have previous hospitality experience, or a strong customer service background. Computer literacy is essential and the applicant must be fluent in English, well-spoken and smartly presented. Applicants must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The salary is negotiable, dependant of experience.
Main Responsibilities:
• To assist the Customer Relationship Manager in completing reservations/ check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• To ensure a smooth and welcoming check-in to all guests
• To have a complete knowledge of all the facilities available to our guests during their stay
• To answer telephone and e-mail enquiries efficiently
• To be able and willing to work as both part of a team and alone
