Lovely looking tall garden plant pot that stands 64cm tall and 36cm wide at the top. The pot is very good quality with a thickness of around 2cm for great strength and durability. Brand new and has never been used.

Originally purchased to make a tandoor oven however ive decided that I will need something even bigger to accomodate our larger family. I did a swab test on the pot to ensure it would be safe for cooking food by ensuring it doesnt contain lead. The test confirmed no traces of lead were found but I would urge you to do the same if your intentions are to use this in contact with food.

To make this into a tandoor oven is very simple. Cut a small hole on the side near the bottom to act as an air vent and for cleaning ashes. Insulate the pot to keep it hot using firebricks or vermiculite. Create a lid or purchase a large stockpot lid. And thats about it, just add coal or charcoal and allow your homemade tandoor to heat up.
