SunnCamp Evolution 400 tent, 3-4 berth, little used, clean-no pets/smokers, with footprint, awning

For Sale, good condition we have used this tent only for two breaks in 2013/early '14: acquired new in late 2012. Not at all in since bought an 'inflatable'. Have had it out for inspection a few weeks ago prior to a possible outing and confirmed in good clean undamaged condition [though may be some old grass bits here or there].
Stored out of bag and when not, always dry.
Been used with the under groundsheet ,or 'footprint'.
The canopy accessory which I think was a manufacturer's afterthought, has never been used - i had it out the bag 2 w ago and confirm is complete and ready to fit.
A review of this tent is available on web e.g. at ukcampsite ; folk like it 'cracking little tent' etc. Bought this on the sales-lady's pitch that her scout-troop rated these.
I have reshock-corded [2w] the two longer poles as were a little frayed; the third is ok for now.
Last pic added, shows in use in Scottish rain with a different tarp. and before i acquired the as yet unused 'canopy'

Collection only as whole lot must be 15 kg or so.

Selling as due to our not using. Price pitched (ho!), or near offer to sell, as a superseded model in excellent condition.
