The Upbeats are four young guys in their 20s (one's 30!) who play rock and pop covers at weddings, functions and corporate events all over Scotland.

Catering to every audience we play absolutely everything from the 50s to current charts: Ray Charles, Elvis, The Beatles, Lionel Richie, Bryan Adams, Queen, Bruce Springsteen, Deacon Blue, Oasis, The Killers, James Bay, Maroon 5, George Ezra and even Busted!

We specialise in music to suit any audience, feeling out exactly what your guests want to hear to give them a truly unforgettable experience.

We go the extra mile for our clients, learning first dances and special requests, optional ceilidh, optional additional DJ set - if your uncle's a singer he can even come up and join us for a song!

Weddings are stressful as it is, so from the moment you get in touch we do our utmost to make your band booking as hassle free as possible.

Backed by Elite Bands, you have the additional safety net of a full roster of backup musicians and bands in the incredibly unlikely event that something happens to one of our band members. Not only that, but we bring almost double the equipment we need to each event, so that if the worst happens it's not going to ruin the night!

Using a top of the line PA system by Bose, Allen and Heath mixer, low capacity cabling, Fender and Tama instruments, Victory, H&K and Markbass amplifiers, we get maximum headroom so the music is played with perfect clarity - none of that bowling club DJ compression that makes your ears thump!

The Upbeats played at our wedding in Dalduff Barn and they were fantastic! The band were a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much hassle, even to the point that we only picked our first dance 2 days before the wedding.
