Description
Three full pots of Jerusalem Artichoke bulbs which I cultivated from my gardens to make room for a new greenhouse. It's a lovely plant with pretty flowers. It will multiply by 10 in one season. Great nutritional root vegetable also very expensive to buy. Makes lovely dishes especially soups.
