couple wanted, one to work front of house and one to chef, must be used to tea room and wine bar style food. accommodation available in a one bedroom tower apartment.
the salary will be £30,000 per year with £9600 allowance for the accommodation which we will pay. You will have an electric card which you will have to pay for. all meals on duty, it will be 5 split days and one half day, you will get Sunday evening and all day Monday off in busy periods in quiet times you will get 2 evenings per week off.
the chef could really make a name for him or her self, you must be self motivated, be prepared to deliver a high standard of food and work along side the owners who are very passionate about the building and their business. we also cater for weddings and functions. the core menu wont be changed but there is plenty of scope for the tea rooms specials and wine bar. so if your happy, self motivated and have a passion for fresh good food please contact me.
